Our next Repair Café & Trade Day is coming up:

📅 Saturday, September 12
🕚 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
📍 Griffith’s Centre — 122 Government Rd.

Bring along that small appliance, lamp, toy, piece of furniture, sewing machine, or other household item that isn’t quite doing what it should.

At the Repair Café, you don’t have to simply hand something over and wait. Watch the repair, lend a hand, ask questions, and learn how things work. If you’d like to try the repair yourself, our volunteers can help guide you.

👧🧑 Young people are especially welcome.
Repair is a wonderful way to learn how things are made, how to use tools, and how a little patience and curiosity can give something a second life.

🔄 And don’t forget the Trade Table!
Have something useful you no longer need? Leave an item and take an item. No buying, no selling—just keeping useful things circulating within our community.

🛠️ Volunteers are always welcome, too.
You don’t need to know how to fix everything. If you have a repair skill, enjoy solving problems, or would simply like to learn alongside others, come join us.

And if you don’t have anything that needs fixing?

Come by anyway. See what’s on the workbench, meet your neighbours, watch a repair unfold, and discover what a community can do when we share our skills.
