The Sustainable Home Review is a one-on-one consultation designed to help you understand how your home uses energy and water, identify practical savings opportunities, improve seasonal readiness, and decide which improvements are worth pursuing.

Before our consultation, you’ll complete a straightforward questionnaire covering your home, energy use, heating, building efficiency, water use, rainwater opportunities and seasonal readiness.

We’ll then spend approximately 60–90 minutes by phone or video reviewing your home and your priorities.

After the consultation, you’ll receive a personalized Sustainable Home Action Plan identifying your three priority actions, additional opportunities, no- and low-cost improvements, and areas worth investigating before making larger investments.

The Sustainable Home Review provides practical sustainability guidance. It is not a certified EnerGuide evaluation, building inspection, engineering assessment or code-compliance inspection.
